Kevin Dwyer
Founding Partner, VP of Business Development
Mr. Dwyer has over 30 years experience in drug development for the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. He is a co-founder (founded in 1997) and Managing Partner of Pacific BioDevelopment, LLC (PBD) and currently serves as the VP of Business Development. As Managing Partner, Mr. Dwyer ensures that PBD provides the highest quality, integrated drug development strategies for its clients. As VP of Development, he provides PBD’s clients with high-level strategic development plans, and assistance in raising funds, as well as due diligence for licensing compounds and/or M&A. Prior to becoming the VP of Business Development, Mr. Dwyer built the Regulatory Affairs department at PBD. He has worked for companies such as Monsanto, Genentech and PBD, more than 20 years of which have been in regulatory affairs. His experience also enables him to develop novel and effective regulatory and overall drug development strategies for U.S. and international clients. He holds a B.A. in Biology from St. Louis University, St. Louis, MO.
