Kathlene is the VP of Quality and has been with Pacific BioDevelopment since 2002 and currently serves our clients in the areas of validation, quality assurance and quality control. She has over 15 years of experience at companies such as Genencor, Genentech, and Diosynth-RTP (formerly CBSI, Inc). Her experience enables her to develop and maintain quality systems to ensure current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) compliance, including Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Validation systems for our clients. She holds an M.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Missouri, Columbia, MO, and a B.A. in Chemistry from Doane College, Crete, NE, where she graduated summa cum laude.
