Judy Cook
Quality Assurance and Engineering/Operations Projects
Judy has been with Pacific BioDevelopment since 2004 and serves our clients in the areas of quality systems establishment, development, equipment-, process-, and controls validation, and ongoing cGMP compliance.
While employed at companies engaged in rapid expansion and major retrofits, such as Genentech and Triton Biosciences, Judy has gained over 11 years of direct project experience. As an independent consultant since 1998, she has provided assessment, planning, management, and hands-on support services to project teams at international companies, including GlaxoSmithKline and Centocor BV, as well as to local biotherapeutic and drug/device companies.
Judy’s broad experience enables her to provide integrated solutions supporting Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Engineering/Facilities objectives. She has a B.S. in Chemistry/Biochemistry from San Jose State University and is an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA).
