Joyce has been with Pacific BioDevelopment since 2000 and serves our clients in the areas of labeling and promotional materials. She has over 35 years of experience and comes to us from Genentech where she was Director of Regulatory Affairs, Labeling Compliance. Her experience enables her to develop and implement systems and procedures for investigational and commercial labels/labeling, for promotional and educational materials review, and for approval and FDA submission on behalf of our clients. She is a Clinical Compliance Certified Professional, holds a certificate in Business Administration/Management and a B.Sc. in Child Psychology/Special Education Credentials, both from California State University at Northridge, CA.
