John Burnier, Ph.D. has been with Pacific BioDevelopment since 2005 and serves our clients as an expert in Medicinal and Organic Chemistry. With 20 years at Genentech in Bio-Organic Chemistry, John has an extensive background encompassing small molecule antagonists, peptide hormones, engineered enzymes, molecular modeling, and combinational chemistry. As a consultant since 2003, John has worked with Venture Capitalists and Biotechnology Companies evaluating chemistry and technology programs, in-licensing opportunities, and CMC work. John holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of California at San Diego with a BS in Chemistry from Stanford University.
