Edward Schnipper

Dr. Schnipper joins Pacific BioDevelopment as a Senior Consultant in Medical Affairs. Edward brings to his clients over 20 years of pharmaceutical industry experience. During this time, he has worked on numerous clinical programs leading to successful IND and NDA filings across multiple therapeutic areas. Edward is currently President of ProjeX Therapeutics, a startup company seeded by Sofinnova Ventures. Prior to this position, he was CMO at Novacea, CEO at Cellgate, and Vice President of Clinical at Alza. His pharmaceutical career began at Hoffman La Roche. Edward went to Medical School at Georgetown University, and trained in hematology at NYU and oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Institute. Edward practiced oncology in both academic and private practice for a number of years before joining the pharmaceutical industry.
