Regulatory Affairs
Betsy brings almost 20 years of biotechnology pharmaceutical industry experience to Pacific BioDevelopment. She has 15 years in Regulatory Affairs working with biologics and small molecules in various delivery systems at InterMune, Inc., Elan Pharmaceuticals Inc., and ALZA Corporation. Regulatory experience includes US as well as ex-US regulatory agency interactions and submissions. Responsibilities include pre-IND through post-marketing development strategy, regulatory agency meeting preparations, and all regulatory submissions. Betsy has prepared and maintained INDs as well as NDAs in electronic CTD format. Betsy holds a B.S. in biopsychology from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
